Alchemy of Overflow Program Terms of Use

I hereby acknowledge I have volunteered to participate in and purchase this online, self-paced, Alchemy of Overflow program created by Diane Hudock-Pleeter, to include, but not limited to, any and all services provided, such as spiritual counseling, ministerial counseling, intuitive coaching, energy healing, sound healing, healing, guidance, classes, teaching, meditation, consciousness clearing approaches, and product offerings including but not limited to all mentioned above.

I understand that the information, guidance, teaching, modalities, and approaches or any services mentioned above in this Alchemy of Overflow online program are complementary healing modalities that do not substitute for legal, medical, or therapeutic advice, and it is my responsibility to secure such advisement.

Spiritual, ministerial and/or intuitive counseling, teaching, guidance and any aspect of this online program should not be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment and I will not use it in place of any form of diagnosis, treatment or therapy.

I acknowledge and agree fully that no warranties or representations have been made to me regarding the results I will achieve from any insight, guidance, product, session, or program. I understand and fully acknowledge that results are individual and may vary. Although there are no harmful effects from this type of intervention, teaching or guidance, I hold Diane Hudock-Pleeter harmless from any possible effects that may cause temporary physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual discomfort. 

I do here and forever release and discharge and hereby hold harmless that Diane Hudock-Pleeter / Alchemy of Mastery Inc. and her respective agents, heirs, assigns, contractors, and employees from ANY AND ALL claims, demands, damages, rights of action or causes of action, present or future, arising out of or connected with my participation in this program without limitation, which may occur as a result of following advice tendered and released or training rendered or use of facilities during your participation in this online program. 

Diane Hudock-Pleeter (Alchemy of Mastery Inc.) shall not be held responsible and shall remain blameless for any adverse or other consequences, including but not limited to financial, personal, employment or other losses, arising out of decisions or actions I may make as a result of my participation and purchase of the Alchemy of Overflow program.

BY PURCHASING THIS PROGRAM I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE THOROUGHLY READ THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, I AM WAIVING ANY RIGHT I OR MY SUCCESSORS MIGHT HAVE TO BRING A LEGAL ACTION OR ASSERT A CLAIM AGAINST DIANE HUDOCK- PLEETER OR ALCHEMY OF MASTERY INC. FOR NEGLIGENCE OR THAT OF ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR CONTRACTORS.
